Dubuque Police Death Investigation Under Julien Dubuque Bridge

On March 21^st, 2024 at approximately 10:46 AM, Dubuque Police officers responded to a location underneath the Julien Dubuque Bridge for a report of a deceased subject.  The deceased was identified as 71-year-old Robert Lee Schreiner of Dubuque.  An autopsy will be performed by the Iowa State Medical Examiners Office.  No foul play is suspected.
