Dubuque Police arrested 19 year old Kathy Brown and 19 year old Dajah Green, both of Dubuque, on Wednesday on charges of assault with injury. Reports say Brown and Green assaulted 23 year old Dontavia Collins of Dubuque on Wednesday in the parking lot of Walmart.
