Dubuque Police said they found more than 300 fentanyl-laced pills this week while executing a search warrant on a Dubuque home. 26 year old Justin Members of Dubuque was arrested Wednesday at his residence on charges of a controlled substance violation, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. According to a report, police executed a search warrant on Members’ home Wednesday afternoon as part of an investigation from the Dubuque Drug Task Force. During that search, officers found 12 grams of marijuana and 388 pills that tested positive for fentanyl.
