Dubuque Police report that 39 year old Jonathan Mueller Sr. was arrested at 9:55 p.m. Friday in the 100 block of Clarke Drive on charges of possession of methamphetamine-third or subsequent offense, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving while barred and warrants charging first-degree theft and violation of pretrial supervision.
