Woman Possessing Cocaine Spits in Officer’s Face

A woman was arrested For cocaine possession Monday. 31 year old Jessica Small was arrested just after 6:00 p.m. Monday at UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital on charges of possession of cocaine, disorderly conduct and assault on persons in certain occupations. A report says that Small spit in the face of a Dubuque Police Department officer.
