A 23-year old man was arrested Saturday evening and charged following an incident inside the Kennedy Mall. Dubuque Police say M.D. Yousuf, an employee at one of the kiosks in the mall, was questioned after two girls aged 13 and 14 years reported he had been making them uncomfortable and followed them into a restroom. Police say during questioning Yousuf gave them a false identification. Police used video surveillance from the mall and arrested Yousuf on charges of 3rd degree harassment and interference with official acts.
