Road closures for Labor Day parade announced

City of Dubuque officials have announced road closures related to Dubuque’s Labor Day parade on Monday. The parade is scheduled to begin at 9:30 AM and end at about 11 AM. The parade will run down Locust Street, starting at West Seventh Street and ending at West 15th Street. Locust Street between West Fifth and West 15th Streets will be closed from about 6 AM to noon that day. Streets intersecting the parade route likewise will be closed.
