Two events planned to support Grant County Humane Society

Two events will support the Grant County Humane Society this weekend. A Puppies and Pints car cruise will be held from 1 to 3 p.m., with a pub crawl to follow from 3 to 6 p.m., on Saturday, Oct. 5. The car cruise begins at the society’s Platteville building and travels to Lancaster’s town square. Registration begins at noon. The suggested donation per vehicle is $10. The Puppies and Pints pub crawl welcomes well-behaved, leashed dogs. A $35 fee includes nine drink tickets to use at Lancaster establishments Doolittle’s Pub & Eatery, Fiesta Cancun and The Dome Sports Bar.
