Dubuque Man Arrested For Assault and Strangulation

Police in Dubuque arrested 23 year old Darryl Harrison of Dubuque at his residence around 8:15pm Tuesday on charges of domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault with injury and three counts of child endangerment.
