The City of Dubuque Leisure Services Department has opened Murphy Park and Eagle Point Park for the 2020 season. Restrooms, pavilions, playgrounds and equipment, and sports courts at the parks will remain closed until further notice due to the COVID-19 pandemic. Parents and caretakers of children are asked to prevent children from using playground equipment. Those visiting the parks and other outdoor recreational areas are reminded of the importance of social distancing and staying 6-10 feet apart from others, as instructed by the Centers for Disease Control and the Iowa Department of Public Health.
