Dubuque Police receive 2,849 calls in November

The Dubuque Police Department has posted their monthly activity report on their Facebook page. In the month of November Dubuque Police had 2,849 calls for service with 786 citations issued. 65 warrants were served and 214 arrests were made. There were 31 OWI arrests reported.
