Dubuque Police made 2 arrests Tuesday for drug charges. 35 year old Cody Leik was arrested on a charge of unlawful possession of prescription drugs and interference with official acts and warrants charging three counts of failure to appear. Also, 39 year old Matthew Birch of Dubuque was arrested on a charge of possession of methamphetamine with intent to deliver.
