Scammers are contacting residents of Grant County and identifying themselves as Grant County deputies, according to a social media post by the sheriff’s department. They are then telling residents they are missing jury duty or have warrants for their arrests. The sheriff’s department is encouraging victims not to engage with the scammers and to hang up immediately.
