Another apartment complex could be headed to Radford Road, giving Dubuque another 72 market-rate units to meet its workforce housing needs. The proposed complex calls for four buildings of 18 units apiece. The developer said he wants to break ground next year and build the apartments in phases, with the first hitting the market in 2027 before the full complex is finished in 2028. The complex would be similar to one Crosvik Development, is constructing on Thunder Valley Drive in Peosta, Iowa, with two- and three-bedroom apartments priced at $1,200 to $1,400 per month.
