NICC celebrates “Partners in Excellence”

Northeast Iowa Community College (NICC) celebrated its inaugural “Partners in Excellence” event, honoring six local employers for their contributions to education and workforce development. These partnerships enhance student opportunities through scholarships, internships, and program advisory leadership. The recognized employers included Medical Associates, MercyOne, Fidelity Bank & Trust, Decker Precision Machining, Hormel Foods, and A.Y. McDonald.
