The State of Iowa today reported three more cases of COVID-19 have been confirmed at Dubuque Specialty Care. There now have been 18 cases related to that outbreak. The outbreak first was reported on April 28th, with one staff member and three residents testing positive for the coronavirus. But as of Monday, the state reporting system still listed just four cases at the facility. Dubuque County reports 156 cases, Allamakee County has 98, Jones County 25. Clayton County has 18 cases and Jackson County is reporting 5 cases. Jo Daviess County is reporting 14 cases of COVID-19.
