Miller Riverview Park reopens

Miller Riverview Park and Campground in Dubuque reopens today. The river level has dropped enough for the park to reopen and forecasts predict a continued drop, but campers and park visitors should be aware that some parts of the park will be muddy and some areas may have standing water.
