Steeple Square hires first Executive Director

A Dubuque nonprofit has hired its first executive director as it looks toward a new strategic plan in its second decade of operations. Scott Ellerbach will serve as the inaugural executive director of Steeple Square. Ellerbach has spent most of his professional career in nonprofit work. The board has recently begun developing a new strategic plan for Steeple Square, a process in which Ellerbach will take a leading role. The plan will focus on sustainability as Steeple Square looks to the future, with the years of construction in the rear-view mirror.
