The city of Dubuque’s snow route parking policy will be in effect Tuesday, Dec. 2, and Wednesday, Dec. 3. Parking will not be allowed on the even-numbered side of affected streets Tuesday and on the odd-numbered side Wednesday. Affected streets are identified with snow route signs that include the times parking is restricted. Parking restrictions will be enforced for the entire posted and declared period. Violating vehicles will be ticketed and fined $50. Vehicles violating the policy that also present a hazard will be towed at the owner’s expense.
