House Fire In Dubuque Monday

No injuries were reported after crews responded to a house fire late Monday afternoon. Dubuque firefighters report smoke could be seen coming from the second-story window of a home on Melrose Terrace. Officials say that crews quickly extinguished the blaze in an upstairs bedroom just before 5pm. A fire department report did not list if there was anyone inside the home at the time of the fire – but did state that no one was injured. Officials have not provided a damage estimate yet.
