Construction work will close a stretch of a Jo Daviess County road this week. Blackjack Road will be closed from South Girot Hill to South Rocky Hill roads starting today. It will be closed from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. daily through Thursday, July 2nd. A detour route will be marked.
