Dubuque man arrested after stealing a vehicle in Potosi

A Dubuque man was arrested after he stole a vehicle from a parking lot near Potosi Brewery. Law enforcement received the call of the stolen vehicle Saturday evening and around that same time, the Sheriff’s Office received multiple traffic complaints on a white SUV in the Potosi area that was operating all over the road and into the ditch.  Deputies located and stopped the stolen vehicle just after 9:30 P.M., on Hwy 61 near Cty B. The vehicle also matched the vehicle reported from the multiple traffic complaints. The driver, 29-year-old Sean Soler of Dubuque was arrested and booked into the Grant County Jail for OWI 2nd Offense, and Taking and Driving Vehicle without Owner’s Consent.
