Reward Now Being Offered For Wanted Killer

Officials in Dubuque and Jo Daviess County are offering a reward of up to $2-thousand dollars for help in arresting a Dubuque man wanted for murder. In a statement from Dubuque and Jo Daviess County Crime Stoppers, they’re seeking tips to help find 31-year-old Joseph Wright. Wright has been accused of fatally shooting 44-year-old Jennifer Miller of Dubuque last April in East Dubuque. An arrest warrant was issued in September, but Wright has not been apprehended yet.
