Dubuque County authorities arrested 19 year old Sierra Hurst of Dubuque Tuesday morning on a warrant charging assault and fourth-degree criminal mischief. Reports say that Hurst assaulted 19 year old Jasmine Greve of Dubuque on May 26th in the area of University Avenue and Asbury Road.
