47 year old Amy Schmitz of Dubuque was arrested early Thursday at her residence on charges of domestic assault while displaying a weapon and child endangerment. According to Dubuque Police, Schmitz assaulted 55 year old Mark Page while holding a kitchen knife in the presence of a 9-year-old child.
