American Airlines Will Suspend Flights to Dubuque in October

American Airlines is suspending service to 15 cities across the nation – including Dubuque. The suspension is scheduled for October 7^th thru November 3^rd at smaller markets in the US. That will mean no service at Dubuque Regional Airport for four weeks this fall. The move is being made as a result of low demand and the expiration of the air service requirements associated with the CARES Act. American Airlines said in a release that it’ll continue to reassess plans for these and other markets.
