Epworth Man Arrested For Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 28 year old Patrick Higgins of Epworth on Sunday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging domestic assault with injury. Reports say Higgins assaulted 24 year old Alicia Pollock of Epworth on August 16th.
