One of the top officials with the City of Dubuque is stepping down from her post. Assistant City Manager Teri Goodman announced last week her final day will be September 11th. In her resignation letter, Goodman said family priorities caused by the Covid-19 pandemic are the main reasons she is leaving the position. She was appointed to the Assistant City Manager job in 2007. Even though Goodman will no longer be working for the city, she still plans to volunteer around the community.
