A 26-year-old Dubuque man has been arrested on charges connected to a sexual assault that happened in 2018. Investigators were able to use DNA evidence to link Shykeem Williams to the attack from almost two years ago. Williams was arrested Tuesday on a warrant charging him with 3rd-degree sexual abuse. According to reports, Williams had sexually assaulted a woman at a Dubuque home in November of 2018.
