Police say a Dubuque man was robbed at gunpoint in downtown Dubuque on Tuesday afternoon following a road rage altercation. The incident happened at the intersection of Francis and West 23rd Streets. According to police, the altercation occurred between 50 year old Troy Rambousek of Dubuque and another man. The man then robbed Rambousek of $660 at gunpoint. No injuries were reported. Police are continuing to investigate the incident.
