Twenty-three additional cases of COVID-19 in Dubuque County were confirmed from 5 p.m. Saturday to 5 p.m. Sunday, pushing the county’s total to 2,381. Jones County reported 7 new cases, 2 cases in Jackson County, one new case in Clayton County and one new case in Delaware County. In Wisconsin, Grant County reported 3 new cases, 2 in Iowa County, one in Lafayette County and one in Crawford County. In Illinois, two new cases were reported in Jo Daviess County.
