Authorities with the Dubuque County sheriff’s department arrested 54 year old Janet Simpson of Worthington on Tuesday evening on a charge of assault while displaying a weapon. Reports say that Simpson threatened 39 year old Michelle Manemann of Worthington with a baseball bat during a dispute.
