A second Test Iowa clinic will open in Dubuque County Monday (9/28). The new COVID-19 testing site will be at the Grand River Medical Group Respiratory Clinic on University Avenue in Dubuque. It’ll be open from Monday thru Thursday noon til 7p, and Friday from noon til 5p. The Grand River location will conduct tests inside the clinic – unlike the city’s other Test Iowa site, which is a drive-thru model at Epic Health and Wellness on Cedar Cross Road. Those wishing to get a test done at either site must complete an online assessment at Test-Iowa-dot-com.
