Early Voting Begins Monday in Dubuque County

Early in-person voting starts in Dubuque County Monday. There are a couple of locations where voters can cast their early vote.  One is at the Election Annex on Locust Street, or at the election office on the 4^th floor of the courthouse. Election officials will also begin mailing out around 22,000 ballots to voters who requested them and want to vote by mail. The Election Office has purchased a new ballot drop box for voters wanting to deliver their ballots. On November 2^nd, both the Election Office and the Annex will be open until 5 pm for last minute in-person voting.
