A moped rider was injured in a crash Saturday in Dubuque. 36 year old Jeffrey Lenhart of Dubuque suffered injuries to his right arm and right side but was not taken to a hospital. According to Dubuque Police, Lenhart was traveling east downhill on University Avenue at about 4:25 p.m. Saturday when the brakes went out on his moped, causing it to crash. Lenhart was cited with failure to maintain control of his vehicle.
