Dubuque County authorities arrested 25 year old Dillon Schaller of Farley Saturday night on charges of domestic assault with strangulation and child endangerment. Reports say that Schaller assaulted 24 year old Natalie Schaller in the presence of their two children, ages 9 and 3.
