Dubuque Police arrested 34 year old Danielle Ritchie Sunday in the parking lot of Eagle Country Market on Elm Street on charges of assault on persons in certain occupations, interference with official acts and possession of drug paraphernalia. Reports say Ritchie assaulted Officer Ethan Lembke while being arrested.
