Domestic Assault Charges For Dubuque Man

Dubuque Police arrested 46 year old Edward Wilburn of Dubuque Monday on a warrant charging domestic assault and child endangerment. Reports say that Wilburn assaulted 45 year old Ebony Wilburn in the presence of his daughter on October 14th.
