Epworth Man Arrested On Charges of Assault With Injury

Dubuque County authorities arrested 24 year old William Brewer, Jr. of Epworth on Sunday in the area of Jones and Main streets on a warrant charging assault with injury. Reports say that Brewer assaulted 19 year old Sommer Nelson of North Pekin, Illinois Saturday night.
