40 cases of COVID-19 in Dubuque County were confirmed Tuesday. Delaware County reported 13 cases. Clayton County had eight cases and three deaths. Jones County confirmed six cases and three deaths. Seven cases were reported in Jackson County.
In Wisconsin, Grant County reported 20 new cases. Lafayette County had seven new cases. The state health department website reported 13 new cases in Crawford County and 13 cases in Iowa County.
In Illinois, the state health department website reported five new cases in Jo Daviess County.
