Dubuque Man Violates Parole, Gets Arrested For Drugs

Dubuque Police arrested 31 year old Michael Mann of Dubuque on Monday on a charge of possession of methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and possession of drug paraphernalia, as well as a warrant charging violation of parole.
