Police Arrest man For Domestic Assault and Strangulation

Dubuque Police arrested 27 year old Sydney McNeil on Monday on a warrant charging two counts of domestic assault with strangulation, two counts of domestic assault with injury and two counts of interference with official acts. A report says that McNeil assaulted 24 year old Kaitlyn Miles of Dubuque at her residence on Monday and about one week earlier.
