Dubuque Man Arrested For Assault, Obstruction, and Other Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 32 year old Deandre Shumake of Dubuque Tuesday on warrants charging domestic assault with injury, obstruction of emergency communications, two counts of child endangerment and failure to appear in court. Shumake is accused of assaulting his girlfriend, 30 year old Tajhie Green at their residence on February 1st in the presence of two children.
