Stretch Of Road in Dubuque To Be Closed Thursday

A water main repair will mean West 32nd Street between North Grandview Avenue and Carter Road will be closed from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Thursday. The City of Dubuque’s water department says the closure is for water main repair and hydrant replacement. Westbound traffic will be detoured onto North Grandview to Kane Street and onto Carter Road. Eastbound traffic will be detoured onto Carter Road, to Kane Street and onto North Grandview Avenue.
