On Wednesday, Dubuque County health officials reported 98 active cases of COVID-19. It is the first time that the county has had fewer than 100 active cases since May 2020. The Iowa Department of Public Health announced Wednesday the state’s Test Iowa COVID-19 testing program will end on Friday, July 16th. Clinic site closures will be announced and posted at coronavirus.iowa.gov and testiowa.com.
