Man Assaults Iowa City Woman, Gets Arrested

Dubuque Police arrested 23 year old William Smith of Dubuque Tuesday on charges of domestic assault with injury and child endangerment. Reports say that Smith assaulted 24 year old Dasha Nocentelli of Iowa City in the presence of their 9-month-old child.
