Epworth Woman Arrested on Domestic Assault Charges

Dubuque County authorities arrested 20 year old Kayla Atkinson of Epworth Monday in Peosta on charges of domestic assault with injury and assault. A report states that Atkinson assaulted 21 year old Billy Boots of rural Dubuque and 21 year old Mariah Cull of Dubuque at Boots’ residence.
