A Dubuque man will serve more than 15 years in prison after he pled guilty to a multiple drug charges. The sentence for 44-year-old Larry Scott was handed down recently in an eastern Iowa US District Court. Scott pled guilty to two counts of distribution of a controlled substance near a protected location and two counts of possession with intent to distribute a controlled substance. Police say Scott sold meth from June 2015 thru November 2019 when he was arrested. Following his prison term, he must also serve 6 years of supervised release.
