A 17 year old male was shot outside a restaurant in Dubuque Monday night. Dubuque Police responded shortly after 10:30pm to Rhomberg Avenue after receiving a report of person with a gunshot wound to the abdomen. The teen was taken by private vehicle UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital where he was reported to be in stable condition. Reports say there appears to be a a link between the 17-year-old victim and the shooter. Police believe that the suspect is known by the victim.
