Dubuque Police are investigating the death of a 20-year-old woman who was found Wednesday night. According to a police report, officers were called about shortly before 10pm to conduct a welfare check on Kylie Duster. When police arrived at an apartment on West 11th Street in Dubuque, they discovered a deceased female inside the residence. Police believe the woman to be Duster. No further details are being released at this time as the investigation is ongoing.
